RacingLine Turbo Inlet System – VWR120010

Improve the airflow to your 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4 EVO (300-333 hp) turbo with the RacingLine Turbo Inlet System VWR120010. This high-quality upgrade replaces the restrictive original turbo inlet with a significantly larger two-piece system, consisting of a CNC-machined Turbo 90 Inlet and a reinforced silicone inlet hose. The result is a much more efficient airflow to the turbo, causing it to spool up faster and noticeably improving throttle response.

The original turbo inlet has an internal diameter of 74 mm, while the RacingLine Turbo Inlet increases this to 84 mm. Thanks to the integrated velocity stack, the airflow is optimally guided and turbulence is reduced. In combination with a RacingLine R600 Air Intake or another performance intake, this upgrade is one of the most important improvements for the intake system of the EA888 Gen4 EVO engine.

The Turbo Inlet is CNC-machined from T6-6061 aluminum and finished with a durable black anodized coating. The included multi-layer silicone hose is heat and pressure resistant and prevents deformation under heavy load. The complete set is fully Plug & Play and can be installed in approximately 30 minutes.

Please note: The VWR120010 is only suitable for 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4 EVO engines with the Continental turbo (300-333 hp). Not suitable for the 245 hp Garrett turbo. For vehicles with the 245 hp Garrett turbo, the RacingLine Turbo 90 Inlet & Silicone Inlet Hose VWR120003 is required. Always check the engine code and vehicle specification before ordering to ensure compatibility.
