E-Intake Open Carbon Air Intake – VAG EA888 Gen4 300–333 hp DNF

The E-Intake Open Carbon Air Intake (OI-EA888-GEN4-1.2-C) has been developed for powerful VAG models with a 2.0 T(F)SI EA888 Gen4 DNF-family engine. The open air intake system replaces the original air filter housing and provides a significantly freer airflow to the turbo.

The heart of the intake is a high-quality carbon intake funnel, which widens from 76 mm to 152 mm. Due to the larger intake volume and the flow-optimized shape, the engine can draw in air more easily. On the flow bench, an improvement of 50.5% compared to the original air intake was measured.

The open design also provides a powerful induction sound, clearly audible turbo whine, and a sporty look in the engine bay. The intake is suitable for both standard vehicles and cars with software and hardware upgrades.

The system comes with homologation documents. The compatibility with various type-approved exhaust systems and downpipes is included in the documentation.
